Guilt free snacking: homemade honey roasted peanuts. Took some sodium free dry roasted peanuts and drizzled some light agave and sprinkled a bit of sea salt. Broiled in my 450 degree oven for a few minutes. Boom. Sweet, salty, goodness. πŸ˜‹

Sorry, AGAIN, for the lack of updates. I have enjoyed the past couple of days at work, being family and friends, and working out.

I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas and got what they wanted. Next up: New Year’s Day.

I’m very excited for 2013. I feel like this one is going to be a game changer within my life. Definitely going to step it up in my workouts for sure and focus more on strength and weight training to tone up more, with less cardio.

Also, my birthday is less than a month away and I’m SO excited. I can FINALLY pick out a dress that I can fit in, instead of worrying what to wear. Once again, I thank you all for putting up with my nonsence and lack of updates. Definitely going to focus more on updating you guys. I always forget that I have a blog, wah.

Like I said before, if you guys have any questions, feel free to ask to me or email me. Thanks!

xo

Anonymous said: This may seem weird, but how tall are you? I know you lost 80 pounds and I wanted to know around what range of height you were so i can compare! thanks!!!

Not weird at all! I’m about 5’8-5’9ish. I’m pretty tall. Hehe.

Anything sodium free! I try to stay away from salt as much as possible. My favorite brand is Mrs. Dash. They have a great line of sodium free seasonings. Also, I love lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, thai seasonings, and so much more! To me, the key to tasty healthy food is based on the seasoning. You can never go wrong with that.

Made cinnamon French toast for breakfast today! Topped with walnuts, raisins, and sugar free syrup. And this breakfast beauty is less than 350 calories. Can I get a hell yeah?

This is what a lazy lunch looks like! Boiled 3 eggs, used eggs whites only mixed with cottage cheese for a simple egg salad. Threw in some spices and cayenne for flavor! Added spinach for some iron and bread for some carbs. Nom.

Suck it up and someday you won’t have to suck it in.

Just made oven roasted chick peas! I swear by these, they taste EXACTLY like corn nuts, but much more waist friendly! Simply drain a can of low sodium chick peas, dry them, toss in some extra virgin olive oil, sodium free seasonings, spices, and back in a 400 degree oven for 30 min. You won’t stop snacking once you try! So simple, cheap, and easy to make. 😊
